1. Start with 2 to 3 tablespoons of Agur's authentic Zaatar blend.
2. Sprinkle it on one sheet of Puff pastry
3. Roll the pastry sheet and make sure you dampen the end edge with water to help seal the rolled sheet
4. Cut it into half inch thick slices
5. Place slices on baking sheet, covered with parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.
6. Bake at 400 F for about 15 minutes or until golden.
7. Serve and enjoy it with sliced vegetables or on its own
